Payment Process

To secure D.Arthur’s Catering, a 15% deposit is due as soon as you decide to commit. This deposit is
non-refundable. This deposit will also be subtracted from your total balance. Half of your remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to your event. The remaining amount will be due 10 days prior to the event.

For the Personal Chef Service Package, the $400.00 - 4 hour minimum payment is due prior to service.

Preferred methods of payment are check or money order. We accept electronic payments with an additional 3% charge.

Package 1 - Pick Up

Orders will be available for pick up at an agreed upon time from the D.Arthur’s Catering Kitchen.

A minimum total of $1000.00 is required.

Package 3- Full Service

The D.Arthur’s Catering Team will set up and break down your catering area. This package includes clear plastic plates, clear plastic forks, clear plastic cups if beverages are apart of the menu, and white paper napkins. Alternative disposable plating and utensils or china rentals can be coordinated at the client’s expense.

· Minimum total of $1500.00 is required
· 18% Service Charge
· $20.00 per hour per server (4 hour minimum)
· $15.00 per hour per ABC Licensed Bartender (4 hour minimum)
· Minimum of 1 Server per every 30 guests
· Minimum of 1 Bartender per every 50 guests
· Plated and Pass Around Service will require additional servers
· Clients will be billed for each server or bartender that stays over the agreed upon time.
· Linen, China, Glassware, Flatware, and additional rental items can be coordinated by D.Arthur’s Catering at the client’s expense.

Tastings

D.Arthur’s Catering offers tastings for all prospective full service events (Package 3). Tastings are FREE if you decide to book with D.Arthur’s Catering within 30 days. Clients will pay $60.00 up front for the tasting. If you book with D.Arthur’s Catering, we will apply the $60.00 to your balance making it free.

If you decide to pursue other alternatives, we will keep that $60.00 as a tasting fee. Up to 4 guests are welcome to attend tastings. Additional guests are $20.00 each. Locations vary.
Package 2 - Drop Off Only
- $25.00 charge

We will drop off your food in aluminum pans at the correct temperature and provide you with plastic plates and utensils. No chaffer dishes are included.

A minimum total of $1000.00 is required.

Package 4 - Personal Chef Service

For full service events with guest counts fewer than 20 and a total less than $1500.00, clients will pay the rate of $100.00 per hour in advance with a minimum of 4 hours.  Time includes grocery shopping, travel, food preparation, serving, and cleaning. Additional time will be invoiced on the back- end of the event once going over scheduled or minimum amount of hours.

Chef D. Arthur will purchase needed food and beverages, keep all receipts, and be reimbursed by clients immediately after the event. D.Arthur’s Catering will arrange with clients to cook on or off site per individual request and accommodations. Real China, utensils, and glassware will be provided for all events with the Personal Chef Service.
